Our Job Management System

With Prestige, gone are the days of paper job tickets, faxed quotes and wondering what time your engineer is going to arrive. We’ve invested in a bespoke job management system, which means we offer our service contract customers a superior level of service.

You’ll be able to log in to your own company branded portal at any time and from anywhere, through your PC, tablet or smartphone for instant access to the customer booking site.  

Through the customer booking site, you can:

  • Request new job bookings
  • Check the estimated arrival time and status of existing jobs
  • View historical information, including invoices and job sheets

Our job management system will send an alert to your phone or email you when the engineer is on their way. It will also confirm the estimated time they’ll get to your premises, saving you precious time waiting for them to arrive.

Our job ticket reports are sent in real time. This means you’ll have a copy of the job ticket sent to your email before we even get in the van to leave!

With one of the industry’s main complaints being about waiting for repair quotes to be sent out, we knew we wanted to be different. So, we’ve developed a system with our spare parts provider enabling us to send our quotes out the same day or by the next day at the very latest.
