Customers Requirements:
The Salvation Army charity recently embarked on a project to take on and improve their larger premises with a more modern and engaging setup for the public, this included installing a cafe area on some of their large sites including our local Northampton brand situated on Abington Street.
Innovations:
With only a small area in-store dedicated to the cafe facility we had to come up with a tight design approach that included front of house servery as well as back bar and then a small support room for things like dishwashing and storage. Custom designing the flow of the cafe area allowed us to ensure it could cope with both high and low footfall according to peak opening times.
