Customers Requirements:
Being a very busy day nursery with a 20 year old domestic kitchen the client had a 2 week slot in the summer where we could carry out a full strip out of existing kitchen, building works such as putting a dividing wall up to create a new kitchen and office space / dry stores.
Innovations:
Going over to a full electric kitchen with induction hob and combi oven allowing the site to produce more food in a much shorter space of time. The old dishwasher was a domestic appliance which had a wash cycle of 45 minutes, with their new commercial dishwasher it has now been reduced to a 3 minute wash cycle which saves staff a lot of time which is now used on more productive things.
