Project Aspects
Customers Requirements:
Pennbury Farm needed a fully functional kitchen fitted into a compact area to serve their 60 seater restaurant. As they have a focus on being ‘green’ they wanted all equipment to be eco friendly and of course we had to ensure it was cost efficient.
Innovations:
The project was run to a tight deadline so the site could open to the public in a timely manor. The front servery counter was designed using reclaimed materials and was finished with the clients branding. The kitchen is an all electric kitchen and the Rational was installed with a data connection point which allows the customer to operate his oven from their mobile phone device.
